Any order constitutes an offer to purchase.
It is only considered accepted once payment has been validated and a confirmation e-mail has been sent.

An order that has been shipped can no longer be cancelled.
Returns are subject to the Return Policy available on the site.

Purchases on Minent.eu are intended for personal or professional use. Any commercial resale without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND INVOICING

Prices are shown in euros (€) and may be changed without notice.
They do not necessarily include delivery costs, local taxes or customs fees.

You undertake to use accurate and valid payment information.
Any attempted fraud will result in the immediate cancellation of the order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are provided for information only.
Minent cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or any external event.

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Minent.eu (texts, images, logos, videos, trademarks, graphic elements) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

Minent has no control over these external tools and declines all responsibility for their reliability, their operation or the consequences of their use.

Shopify does not intervene in the contractual relationship between Minent and its customers.

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy as well as Shopify's.
It may be transferred or stored outside your country to ensure the operation of the site.

SECTION 11 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are only possible within 24 hours of delivery and under strict conditions.
Any request must first be approved in writing by our customer service.

Electronic products that have been opened, used, tested or modified are never taken back.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Minent cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, in particular in the event of:

• incorrect or non-compliant use of the product,

• hardware failure,

• financial or operational losses,

• handling errors.

The equipment sold is intended for professional use and under the customer's responsibility.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Minent harmless from any claim related to your use of the site or the violation of these Terms.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Marseille, unless otherwise required by law.
