All our ASIC mining machines are brand new and come with the official manufacturer warranty, generally 12 months, depending on the model and manufacturer. The warranty is verifiable via the serial number directly on the manufacturer's website. If needed, our team will assist you with warranty claims.
Refund policy
Return Policy – Minent.eu
At Minent.eu, customer satisfaction is essential.
However, due to the technical and sensitive nature of our products (mining machines, power supplies, electronic equipment), returns are subject to strict conditions in order to guarantee the integrity of the hardware.
Reporting period
You have a maximum of 24 hours after delivery to report a defective, damaged or non-conforming product.
Any request made after this period cannot be accepted.
Return eligibility conditions
To be eligible, a product must imperatively:

be strictly in its original condition,
-
not have been used, plugged in, tested or opened,
-
be returned in its complete original packaging (accessories, cables, protections, manuals),
-
be accompanied by the invoice or a proof of purchase.
Any use, opening or modification of the product will result in the automatic refusal of the return.
Return address
Returns can only be made after written approval from our customer service.
Once the request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact address of the depot as well as the instructions to follow.
Any parcel returned without prior authorisation will be refused and cannot give rise to any refund.
Non-returnable products
Due to their nature, the following products are not eligible for return:

mining machines, power supplies or electronic equipment already used, tested, plugged in or unpacked,
-
products on promotion or special offers,
-
gift cards, software, firmware or digital licences,
-
products showing wear, disassembly, modification or any technical intervention.

Please include in your message:

your order number,
-
photos or videos of the product and its packaging,
-
a precise description of the problem observed.
Our team will review your request and, if it is accepted, will send you the return instructions.
Refunds
If the return is accepted and after inspection of the product, the refund will be made via your original payment method within a maximum of 10 working days.
No refund will be made for:

a return outside the time limit,
-
a product that has been used, opened or modified,
-
an unauthorised return.
