SHIPPING POLICY – MINENT.EU

1. General

Orders placed on www.minent.eu are prepared and shipped by Minent, subject to product availability and payment validation.
Placing an order implies acceptance of this Shipping Policy as well as our Terms of Sale.

2. Order processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This period may be extended during periods of high demand, restocking or prior technical checks.

Some technical equipment (ASIC miners, power supplies, accessories) may require additional time for testing, checks or customs formalities.
A confirmation e-mail is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Shipping methods and carriers

Shipments are handled by our logistics partners, selected automatically according to the weight, size, value and destination of the parcel:

• DPD, Chronopost, Colissimo: standard parcels in France and Europe

• GEODIS, DHL, UPS, FedEx: bulky or international shipments

• Specialised carriers: pallets, mining machines, racks and heavy equipment

4. Delivery areas

We deliver to:

• all of mainland France,

• the entire European Union,

• certain international countries, on request and subject to logistical feasibility.

Deliveries to the French overseas territories, Switzerland and non-EU countries may incur additional costs (customs, local VAT, import taxes).

5. Shipment tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.
Tracking generally becomes active within 24 hours of the parcel being picked up by the carrier.

6. Shipping costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume, carrier and destination.
Additional charges may apply for international shipments or for geographical areas considered remote.

Free delivery offers may occasionally be available on certain order amounts or promotions. The applicable conditions are indicated on the site.

7. Transport liability

From the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the transport risk (loss, theft, damage) is transferred to the buyer.
Minent cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused during transit.

If a parcel arrives damaged, it is imperative to refuse the delivery and to report the problem immediately to the carrier and to Minent, with photographic evidence.

8. Delivery delays

Minent cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control, such as:

• delays attributable to the carrier,

• customs holds,

• exceptional weather conditions,

• force majeure events.

Our customer service remains available to assist you and follow the progress of your delivery.

9. Incomplete delivery or address error

It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery address before confirming the order.
Minent cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Reshipping costs resulting from an address error will be charged to the customer.

10. Warehouse pick-up (on request)

For certain bulky equipment (ASICs, racks, pallets), an on-site pick-up can be arranged, only on prior request and after written confirmation from Minent.
The exact address of the warehouse will be provided once the order has been confirmed.

11. International delivery and customs

For any delivery outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties, local taxes, import fees and any administrative formalities required by the destination country.
These costs are not included in the price displayed at checkout.
